What to bring to your appointment:
Valid health card (required; fees may apply if not presented)
A current list of all medications (prescription, non-prescription, and topical)
A summary of treatments related to your skin condition to date
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us by telephone at least 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment day to avoid a fee of $100 + HST. Out of fairness to patients waiting for dermatologic care, this fee will be enforced.
Please budget a minimum of 1 hour for your dermatology appointment.
Parking is available at no cost.
Dermatology consultation is by appointment only.
Only the patient and essential guests (i.e. those required for mobility and/or communication assistance) are permitted in the appointment. Capable adults are asked to attend their appointments alone.
