To find us: Entrance and parking at the back of the plaza. We are located inside the plaza between the shawarma restaurant and the butcher shop.
Parking is available at no cost.

What to bring to your appointment:
Valid health card (required; fees may apply if not presented)
A current list of all medications (prescription, non-prescription, and topical)
A summary of treatments related to your skin condition to date
Please budget a minimum of 1 hour for your dermatology appointment.
Dermatology consultation is by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us by telephone at least 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment day to avoid a fee of $100 + HST. Out of fairness to patients waiting for dermatologic care, this fee will be enforced.
Conditions We Don't See
Due to current capacity limitations and high demand within dermatology, we are not able to accept referrals for the following conditions at this time:
Chronic wounds or ulcers (especially on leg)
Skin infestation, mites/bites
Infected wounds
Delusions of parasitosis or parasites
Tongue swelling or lesions inside the nose or inside the mouth
Bartholin gland cyst/abscess: please direct referral to Gynecology
Nail fungus, onychomycosis, nail lifting, nail changes
Nail biopsy: please direct referral to Plastic Surgery
Genital warts, genital herpes
Rosacea, melasma, concerns about hyperpigmentation
Patients under the age of 12 unless referral is for Psoriasis or Severe Atopic Dermatitis
